How to use the IMT/PEP

Mode1 (IMT)

Mode2 (PEP)

► Helps remove sputum from the lungs and airways by strengthening the expiratory muscles.

Mode3 (IMT+PEP)

► Inhalation and exhalation exercises can be performed simultaneously.
