GH Innotek - IMT respiratory muscle trainer - blue

The Bigbreathe IMT is a breathing training device that improves your inspiratory muscles and expands your lung capacity by adding air resistance when you inhale.

There are three types of IMTs, which are IMT Low (Green), IMT Middle (Blue) and IMT High (Red). MT Middle (Blue) provides medium resistance out of all three IMT types. It is therefore suitable for more experienced users and people with normal lung capacity.

Easy to use
To perform breathing exercises, turn the body of the product to the left or right to select the desired level of resistance, then cover the mouthpiece with your mouth and breathe! Thirty minutes of exercise per day is recommended to achieve the effects.

Easy cleaning
To clean this product, remove the mouthpiece, mouthpiece joint and cap from the body (you can only separate the mouthpiece) and wash them all with water.
